Onward’s Summer 2026 Coaching experience gives ministry leaders a trusted shepherd in the middle of the chaos.

Through personalized one-on-one coaching, we help pastors and leaders stay spiritually healthy, emotionally grounded, and prepared to lead well into the fall. This is more than leadership coaching — it’s intentional care for the leader behind the ministry.

  • Cory Fenn

    Cory draws upon two decades of invaluable ministry experience. With a passion for empowering ministry leaders to embrace their calling and pursue leadership from a foundation of spiritual health and wholeness, Cory's coaching plays a pivotal role in guiding individuals towards impactful and fulfilling ministry journeys.

  • Cadey Fenn

    Driven by a genuine passion for guiding others, Cadey empowers women to uncover their true identity in Jesus. Committed to The Church, and it’s leaders, she serves with dedication in coaching and training ministry leaders to live out the call that God has placed on their lives

  • Jeff Bachman

    Jeff loves to invest in those who then get to invest in others for kingdom impact! Jeff has been in ministry for 31 years and has worked with students, families, groups, and executive leadership through pastoral ministry, coaching, and consulting. Jeff has his Master’s Degree from Western Seminary in Evangelism and Equipping.

  • Emily Hamilton

    Emily Hamilton is a founding member of the band For All Seasons and serves as the Worship Pastor at Friends Church in Yorba Linda. With over 15 years of experience in vocational ministry, Emily combines her deep wisdom and practical knowledge to offer valuable coaching and mentorship to those navigating the complexities of ministry today.
